Shipping policy

Order processing
Orders are reviewed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email right away, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves the warehouse.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost and delivery time
Shipping is free on all orders. Estimated delivery is 8-18 business days from dispatch, depending on the item and your location. These are estimates, not guarantees.

What to expect after you order
You can follow your order through these stages:

  • Paid - payment confirmed, order received.
  • Processing - your item is being picked and packed at the warehouse.
  • Shipped - the carrier has the package; a tracking number is emailed to you.
  • In transit - the package is moving toward the destination country.
  • Customs clearance - the package is processed by customs. For US domestic delivery, no extra fees apply.
  • Arrived in country / at local facility - handed to the local delivery carrier.
  • Out for delivery - on the vehicle for delivery to your address.
  • Delivered.

Tracking can take a few days to show movement after it is created, and may not update at every stage.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, natural events, or an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order - we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.

Lost or stuck packages
If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, contact us through our Contact page and we will open an inquiry with the carrier. Claims for lost packages must be made within 30 days of the last tracking update.

Wrong or undeliverable address
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed and reshipping costs are paid.
