Track Your Order
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link right away, and you can follow it stage by stage — ordered, processing, shipped, in transit, out for delivery, delivered.
Check your status anytime
- Sign in to My Account and open Order history — this shows the latest tracking status for every order.
- Check your shipping confirmation email — it has a direct tracking link for that order.
How long it takes
Most US orders arrive in 8–18 business days. International orders (Canada, Mexico, the UK, and much of Europe) typically take a bit longer. The full stage-by-stage timeline is in our Shipping policy.
Tracking hasn't moved?
Carrier tracking can take a few days to show movement after it's first created, and it doesn't always update at every stage. If there's been no movement for 15 business days, contact us and we'll open an inquiry with the carrier.

Read our step-by-step return instructions. Send your order number, the reason for your request and clear product photos to heilargsupport@gmail.com. Please wait for the correct return address before posting anything back.
